Georgie Calder's story should be used as a warning to other young people who are tempted by drugs. Georgie's first drug experience was with 'harmless' cannabis but after only a few months she'd moved on to cocaine. That says a lot about the addictiveness of cannabis and how quickly someone comes to rely on the 'hits'. Not so 'safe', eh?
All young people think they are immortal and they could quit drinking or drug-taking any time they wanted. The photo of Georgie during her drug-taking days says different.
Young people, girls in particular, might think twice if they could see the damage drugs can do to their looks.
Well done, Georgie, for telling us about it and let's hope you stay clean. One day at a time.
