Would you ever have a fashionista nip/tuck?

Do you think these women are fashion victims? Is plastic surgery as acceptable as dying your hair now?

i have scoliosis , i had surgery to correct it but have been left with a hump on my back . my body is misshaped but you know what i couldnt care less .i am healthy i have a husband and two beautiful daughters who love me.and are not ashamed to be seen with me on a beach or in a pool ,

i would never consider surgery to correct the hump , why should i, i cant see it ,its behind me.
Some people just look for flaws that are not there, there is no such thing as the perfect body, thats why we are all shapes and sizes beauty is in the eye of the beholder

What are these women on? I can understand the feet thing if they are painful and have to admit the profile of the girl who had fillers injected looks a little better, but collar bones! Each to their own, but for me this is a little too extreme. It's such a trivial thing, where will it end? I personally, think she looked better before. Who wants to look like they are wearing clothes complete with the hanger? My collar bones are pronounced, not particularly fond of them, but hey, that's the way I'm built. Accept the skin you're in, move on, anyone doesn't like it that's their opinion, it doesn't matter.

I havnt heard of any1 wanting a pronounced collarbone before, most people who have it naturally that way hate it, i think it looks far better when they arnt sticking out, when they stick out it looks unfeminine and anorexic looking. but who really notices collarbones anyway? The girl who had it done is very pretty so i doubt anybody will be taking a glance at her collarbone!

Collarbone Lipo? I think if its harmless & makes you feel better about yourself, then I don't see the harm in it. I am a slim size 10 & weigh 9stone but have a problem with my inner thigh & them touching slightly, I have done every excersise possible to get rid of them & nothing works. I would love to find somewhere that does a simular treatment that Jemma had. I would be there in a flash, as it would make me more confident when wearing jeans & trousers.

Collarbone lipo? My mother has a very pronounced collarbone; I do not. She has told me how lucky I am. In her opinion, my smooth upper body looks so lovely in low-cut and strapless dresses. Is it human nature to always want what you don't have?
