While doing abdominal movements are signal to reinforce the muscle, they order not get rid of the overindulgence fat on your stomach. The not way to see your abdominal muscles is to cut your essence fat share, since you itch fat from within and not farthest (the areas you acquire the most fat order be the persist associate you see changes). Incorporating cardiovascular training, denial training, and a thriving victuals is the alone way to downgrade your essence fat share and perhaps see the “six die” you’ve been hiding

Goalkeeper Petr Cech has admitted his blunder that led to Turkey's second goal against his Czech Republic side was "a shock".
And the Chelsea stopper blamed himself for the 3-2 defeat after two late goals from Nihat Kahveci ensured the Turks progressed to the quarter-finals of the tournament ahead of the Czechs.
With his side leading 2-1 and only three minutes of normal time remaining, Cech fumbled a straightforward cross into the path of Nihat who bundled the ball home.
And then just two minutes later the same player found himself clean through on goal to net the winner.
Cech had no chance of stopping the late third goal, but said he would still take the blame for the defeat because he believed his error had resulted in his defenders losing concentration.
"When you make a mistake, you have to admit it. It was my mistake that decided that we have to go home," he told the BBC after the game.
"My mistake was such a shock for everyone. I think the third goal was a consequence of the second one.
"When I went for the cross I knew I was alone. I didn't want to punch it. I wanted to control it and then catch it at the second time but suddenly the ball was too far.
"I should have just punched the ball - I know that now."

It seems to me that a lot of people with visible work put a lot of thought into it before hand.
Recently I discovered a rant on quite a respected figure in the tattoo community's Myspace. I say rant, it was more like pure venomous hatred.
It would seem that some find young people with visible ink, impatient and disrespectful, and they must all just think it's cool to have visible work.
I'm 23, My first tattoo was on my shoulder, then my wrists, then I got a full sleeve. Then I moved to my hands, then neck and I also have a large part of my leg tattooed.
It took me about two years to get the opportunity to get my hand tattooed by my idol, and then my neck by an artist I greatly admire, a lot of time, effort and thought was put into both of these.
Even though I'm somewhat older and do have a fair bit of coverage, I might still be classed as young and "under-tattooed" to have such visible work, and I can't help but think that's kinda crazy!
Sure I've seen some 18 year olds with kanji on their necks or poorly executed skulls on their hands, and you can almost tell they rushed into it, wanting everyone to see their new work as clearly as possible, and fine that to me is impatient and maybe even attention seeking.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that not everyone who has visible work is disrespectful to the art, some people invest a great deal of time, money and effort into getting that particular location inked with the highest standard work possible.
It's kinda funny to find prejudice within a community that tries so hard to divert it away from itself.
Thoughts?

Hey guys I had an old laptop running XP Pro. A couple of weeks ago, every time I would connect to the internet via DSL or wireless, the hard drive light would come on - as if it were writing something to the hard drive. It would cause IE to run slower than dial-up. I looked in task manager and although the CPU usage was high, there didn't seem to be a process listed that was using it. I used LavaSoft Adaware to scan on a regular basis as well as Norton 2005. I eventually gave up and bought a new laptop (Vista Home), which now has the same problem. It is obviously related to something that I copied over to the new computer from the old computer. But the things is, Norton Internet security isn't picking up a virus. I used it to scan everything before copying it on to the new computer. Has anyone heard of such a thing or had the same problem? I'd much rather be able to find and remove the problem rather than restore.
Thanks!

Is it just me or is everybody sick of hearing about the debauched sex lives of hedonistic feminine **** like Monsieur Brand? Remember George Michael in 'Club Tropicana'?, how could we not have realised then what we know now- make up, ladies hairdo, selective body waxing, classic man's man if ya know what i mean. Do us all a favour Russell and come out bro cos the **** act's past tedious. Cheers

Well, its all fine and well for Russell to say that he lives for love, but my experience of the man was definately not about love. Or about conversation. Or mutual respect. Or for that matter, really about earth-shaking sex. It was about a 15-minute fumble in which it was presumed that I would do whatever he wanted, simply because I as one of the chosen ones, peppered with a litany of pie-crust promises ('I want you to come to see me in London' was my favourite, I think). It took him 5 minutes to even ask my name (but less than 30 seconds to reach for my chest), he didn't say goodbye when we parted ways, and the only real contact I've had since was to ask for a photo of my boobs, a text which was received just a couple of weeks before this piece was published. All of that in and of itself is not repugnant, its exactly what you expect from the kind of man women like me are drawn to (but would never take home to Mum) -- men like Russell Brand; but it does serve to underpin my doubts as to whether Russell speaks from the heart in this piece, or has just figured out exactly what to say to get what he wants, in this case, to woo even more women. I still think Russell is great, and I have no doubt that he wants love, we all do. But I'm not convinced that he knows how to relate to women in a manner that will produce emotional longevity if he finds them physically appealing; more simply put, I'm not sure he knows how to go about getting the love he claims he wants... if he did, he wouldn't treat women like blow-up dolls. He may want to be a bit more careful about how he treats women... I don't know of any woman who would date a man she couldn't bring home because his reputation preceeds him, and because there's a high chance he'd be chasing their Mum around the kitchen when she popped out to make everyone a cuppa. He's a great guy, but be aware that he can wrap you round his finger; he sure as hell knows it, after all. He certainly seems to be too busy moving on to the next conquest to wait to see whether the original one was actually just pieces of the next girl he hadn't seen yet. I just hope he hasn't already moved on from The elusive *One*,and treated her as disposable entertainment when perhaps he should have been paying her the attention she so rightly deserved.

What a refreshing article to brighten up an already sunny day! I say thank God for people like Mr Brand who dare to love and be their unique selves. An inspiration for the rest of us who are fake and phoney sheep.

I agree totally perfect love can only be obtained when it is felt on all levels of a individuals being. If not then i suppose thats why people feel somethings missing. That kind of love can be difficult to obtain, unless of course you want that form of union on every level with all sincerity. Then i'm sure the universe will eventually deliver. some people do find it. Don't just love from the heart, love from the very core of your existance. Anything less than that is only superficial.
love light & blessings

I think Russell summed it all up really. The ability to love has got me through some of the toughest times in my life. Love of my family, friends, my dog, walking in the park, that fleeting moment of eye contact, a smile from a passing stanger. Once I couldn't find love anywhere but now I can find it most things...even the wind and rain outside.

I totally agree with Russell.
" I think that love is the divine drive to unite, emotionally, physically and spiritually."
Beautiful(: X
