Have you had surgery to boost your self-esteem? Have you always wanted surgery but never been able to afford it? If some nips/tucks were less expensive, would you be more tempted to have them done?

Having lost 170 pounds, a breast lift and augmentation would be about half the job but I'll be paying off the tummy tuck for another year. I suspect I need a boyfriend with more money than brains.

i wouldnt hesitate to have cosmetic surgery, id have a boob job, liposuction, tummy tuck, eyelids, botox, i would have the works!!!! My husband loves me just the way i am but i dont, if cosmetic surgery was cheaper i would have it done 4 me.

I am still waiting to see a specialist to see if I can get a breast englargement on the NHS.I have felt very unhappy with my(lack of)cleavage for many years now,and decided to see my doctor who referred me to a specialist, who i was meant to see in june but am still waiting!!!!i hope i get the surgery in nhs but if not i will go private as this is really affecting my confidence......there are people who are just vain and do it for vanity "oh look i have big huge boobs" but then there are people like me who genuinely do have confidence issues in being small or nonexistent and so the op would actaully be beneficial!!

If I had the money, I would have a boob job tomorrow, plus more, I don`t see anything wrong with people, giving nature a helping hand, if they want to, & can afford it, the only thing I don`t like is, when they go overboard on it, & it start`s to look really false & ridiculous, good luck to anyone that has it.

As Tim's ex and the mother of his 9 year old daughter I find it absolutely riduculous that he found the money to pay for his new girlfriends boobs when I struggled to get a little extra maintenance and had no choice but to involve the CSA.

if a boob job would be a big help to your confidense then go for it if like me you are getting older and don,t give a shit please mail back i think we have something in common

Megan Hedges

Hi, i have not had a boob job, but i believe that people should stick to their natural look you dont need plastic surgary to look good you look good as you are!!
But i suppose its what makes the person happy that counts.

Lauren Hogg

I personally would not get surgery,I think people should be happy with what they have got. People are in proportion with their bodies and look ridiculous when they have these gigantic breasts on a small frame. You can tell they look fake.
I think surgery should only be done if someone has either been in an accident or had an illness which has changed them.
People are so body conscious these days instead of just getting on with their lives.

I would have new boobs in a heartbeat!!!! Although my fiance assures me that I am fine the way I am, if I could afford them I would have them.
I was diagnosed with cancer when I was 24 and underwent a hysterectomy then had a further two stints of cancer after that. I don't feel feminine anymore, my hair still struggles to grow, I lost a lot of weight after treatment and can no longer have children. So everything that makes me a woman I feel has been taken away from me and to have a boob job would be a dream come true!!
Kathrean looks wonderfull and her confidance radiates!!!!

Lisa Harrison

I think that Kathrean is one lucky lady, to have a man that thought she was perfect the way she was but still paid out for new boobs to make her happier. It obviously worked for her as her confidance shined through in her picture!
